AW60BLF Series — 60mm Brushless DC Motor
The AW60BLF series is Apexwell's 60mm-frame, 48V brushless DC motor line, scaling from 100W to 400W of output power across four body lengths. This is the standard (open-loop) configuration — for applications requiring encoder feedback and real-time position correction, see our <a href="#">AW60BLF closed loop series</a>, which shares the same electrical performance in a slightly heavier, encoder-equipped package.

Torque constant ranges from 0.094 to 0.116 N·m/A; back-EMF constant ranges from 8.01 to 8.88 Vrms/kRPM. Rotor inertia scales from 0.31 to 1.01 kg·cm² with body length.

With power scaling from 100W to 400W in a 60mm frame, the AW60BLF series fits conveyor drives, industrial pumps and fans, robotics base actuators, and general automation stations where open-loop speed control is sufficient and encoder feedback isn't required.

Standardizing on the AW60BLF series covers a 4x power range (100W–400W) on one mounting footprint, reducing qualification effort as a product line scales. Because the standard and closed loop versions share identical motor windings and mounting dimensions, customers can start with the open-loop AW60BLF and upgrade to closed loop later without redesigning the mechanical interface. Custom shaft, connector, and lead-wire configurations are available on request.
