AW60BLF Series — 60mm Closed Loop BLDC Motor

The AW60BLF series is Apexwell's 60mm-frame, 48V closed loop brushless DC motor line, built with an integrated 1000 CPR encoder for real-time position and speed feedback. Offered across four body lengths from 78mm to 141mm, the series scales from 100W to 400W of output power within the same mounting footprint — giving engineers headroom to size up torque without re-qualifying a new mechanical interface.

Closed Loop Feedback

Every AW60BLF motor integrates a 1000 CPR encoder as standard, allowing the driver to continuously compare commanded position against actual rotor position and correct in real time. This eliminates the risk of undetected position error under variable or peak load — the peak torque column above shows up to 3x the rated torque is available for short bursts without losing sync, which a standard open-loop BLDC cannot guarantee. Optical, magnetic, and resolver encoder options are also available for custom resolution or absolute-position requirements.
