AW57BLY Series — 57mm Brushless DC Motor
The AW57BLY series is Apexwell's 57mm-diameter, 24V, 4-pole brushless DC motor line, offered as a standalone motor without a gearbox or brake for applications that supply their own reduction, mounting, or motion control. Rated output power scales from 17W to 140W across five body lengths, matching the motor platform used across Apexwell's AW57BLY gearbox and brake series.

Torque constant ranges from 0.039 to 0.061 N·m/A; back-EMF constant ranges from 3.91 to 4.68 Vrms/kRPM. Rotor inertia scales from 68 to 268 g·cm² with body length.
Wiring
Each AW57BLY motor exits with a 3-wire star-connected power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.
Typical Applications
As a bare motor without a gearbox or brake, the AW57BLY series fits applications supplying their own external gearbox, pulley, or belt reduction, direct-drive fans and pumps, and OEM equipment where the customer's own mechanical design handles mounting and motion transfer.
Why Choose the AW57BLY Motor
A standalone motor keeps cost and axial length to a minimum for designs that don't need a factory-fitted gearbox or brake, or that pair the motor with their own custom mechanical stage. Five body lengths let a product line scale output power roughly 8x (17–140W) on the same 57mm frame. Voltage, speed, shaft size, lead wire length, mounting spigot, and mounting hole pattern can all be customized on request.
We can customize the electrical parameters of the motor and geometric dimensions such as the motor output shaft size according to customer requirements.
