AW57BLY Series — 57mm BLDC Motor with Planetary Gearbox
The AW57BLY series pairs Apexwell's 57mm-diameter, 24V, 4-pole brushless DC motor with the same M56GXR planetary gearbox used on the AW57BLF series, scaling rated output power from 17W to 140W across five body lengths. With 14 total reduction ratios from 3.6:1 to 326:1 and up to 60 N·m of maximum permissible output torque, this series is the lower-power tier of Apexwell's 57mm BLDC planetary-gearmotor platform, sized for lighter loads than the 8-pole AW57BLF.

Wiring
Each AW57BLY motor exits with a 3-wire star-connected power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.

With output power from 17W to 140W and reduction ratios up to 326:1, the AW57BLY series fits light conveyor rollers, small pump and valve actuation, light robotics joints, and general automation equipment where the AW57BLF's power range is more than the application needs.
