AW57BLF Series — 57mm BLDC Motor with Planetary Gearbox
The AW57BLF series pairs Apexwell's 57mm-diameter brushless DC motor with an M56GXR planetary gearbox, scaling rated output power from 62W to 250W across four body lengths, at either 24V or 48V nominal voltage. With four gear-train stages, 14 total reduction ratios from 3.6:1 to 326:1, and up to 60 N·m of maximum permissible output torque, this series sits above the AW42BLF in Apexwell's BLDC planetary-gearmotor platform.

Fourteen reduction ratios are available in total (3.6 to 326:1) across four gear-train stages, letting a single motor selection be tuned across a wide speed/torque window without changing the mounting footprint.
Wiring
Each AW57BLF motor exits with a 3-wire star-connected power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.
Typical Applications
With output power from 62W to 250W and reduction ratios up to 326:1, the AW57BLF series fits conveyor drives, pump and valve actuation, mid-size robotics joints, and general industrial automation equipment where more torque than the AW42BLF offers is needed without moving to a larger frame.
Why Choose the AW57BLF Gearmotor
Fourteen reduction ratios across four gear-train stages let one motor selection be tuned across a wide speed/torque window without redesigning the mechanical interface, and the 24V/48V voltage choice at the largest body length lets designers match available supply voltage without changing frame size. Because the gearbox is factory-fitted and tested as a complete unit, output shaft alignment and gear mesh are verified before the motor ships. Custom shaft configurations and encoder feedback are available on request.
We can customize the electrical parameters of the motor and geometric dimensions such as the motor output shaft size according to customer requirements. Accessories including pulleys, eccentric gearboxes, planetary gearboxes and encoders can also be added.
