AW42BLF Series — 42mm BLDC Motor with Precision Planetary Gearbox
The AW42BLF series pairs Apexwell's 42mm-diameter, 24V brushless DC motor with an HPS42-L1/L2MA precision planetary gearbox, scaling rated output power from 26W to 104W across four body lengths. With two gear-train stages, 12 total reduction ratios from 4:1 to 100:1, and backlash as tight as ≤15 arcmin, this series is the precision-positioning option in Apexwell's 42mm BLDC planetary-gearmotor platform.

Momentary torque moment is rated at two times the rated output torque across both stages. 12 reduction ratios are available in total (4 to 100:1).
Wiring
Each AW42BLF motor exits with a 3-wire star-connected power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.
