AW42BLF Series — 42mm BLDC Motor with Planetary Gearbox

The AW42BLF series pairs Apexwell's 42mm-diameter, 24V brushless DC motor with an M42GXR planetary gearbox, scaling rated output power from 26W to 104W across four body lengths. With four gear-train stages, 14 total reduction ratios from 3.7:1 to 720:1, and up to 14.71 N·m of maximum permissible output torque, this series is the smallest frame in Apexwell's BLDC planetary-gearmotor platform.

Wiring

Each AW42BLF motor exits with a 3-wire star-connected power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.

With output power from 26W to 104W and reduction ratios up to 720:1, the AW42BLF series fits small conveyor rollers, pump and valve actuation, light robotics joints, and general automation equipment where a compact 42mm gearmotor footprint is preferred over a larger frame.
