The AW60HS series pairs Apexwell's NEMA 24 (60mm), 1.8° hybrid stepper motor with a 2GN-K eccentric gearbox, scaling motor holding torque from 1.25 N·m to 2.8 N·m across four body lengths. The gearbox platform is shared with the AW57HS eccentric-gearmotor series, offering the same 22 reduction ratios from 3:1 to 250:1 and up to 24.5 N·m of maximum permissible output torque from a higher-current motor stack.

Wiring

Each AW60HS motor is available in either 4-wire (bipolar) or 6-wire (center-tap) configuration, so it can drop into either a bipolar or unipolar driver setup without a different motor SKU.

22 reduction ratios are available (3, 3.6, 5, 7.5, 9, 10, 12.5, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30, 36, 50, 60, 75, 90, 100, 120, 150, 180, 250:1). Max torque moment plateaus at 24.5 N·m from ratio 60:1 upward — identical to the AW57HS gearbox, since both series share the same 2GN-K platform.

With 22 reduction ratios and gearbox torque up to 24.5 N·m, the AW60HS eccentric-gearmotor series fits conveyor indexing, packaging machinery, valve and damper actuation, and light-to-mid industrial positioning tasks where the AW57HS's torque range fits the gearbox requirement but the driving application calls for a higher-current motor stack.

The 22-ratio range on a single 2GN-K gearbox platform lets one motor selection be tuned across a wide speed/torque window without redesigning the mechanical interface, and the 4-wire/6-wire choice lets it match either driver type. Because the gearbox platform is shared with the AW57HS, a design can move between the two motor frames without changing gearbox dimensions or ratio options.
