AW90BLY Series — 90mm BLDC Motor with Integrated Driver
The AW90BLY is Apexwell's 90mm-diameter brushless DC motor with the driver built into the motor housing — no external driver required. At 48V and 69W rated output power, it runs at a lower 1,100 RPM rated speed than Apexwell's smaller integrated-driver frames, and is controlled through a separate power and control connector with analog speed input and independent CW/CCW direction wires.

Control & Wiring
The AW90BLY separates power and control onto two connectors. The power connector carries VCC (red) and GND (black) on AWG20 wire. The control connector, on lighter AWG26 wire, carries SPEED (orange, analog speed command), CCW (yellow) and CW (white) as independent direction-select inputs, EN (red, enable), and GND (black). This gives a host controller analog speed control and independent direction lines rather than the PWM-plus-single-direction-pin scheme used on Apexwell's smaller integrated-driver frames.
Typical Applications
With 69W of output at a lower 1,100 RPM rated speed, the AW90BLY fits direct-drive fans and blowers, larger pumps, and low-speed industrial equipment where a higher-torque, lower-RPM motor is preferred over gearing down a faster motor.

Folding the driver into the motor housing removes the need for a separate controller board, cutting both space and integration time. Separate power and control connectors keep low-current control signals isolated from the higher-current power wiring, and independent CW/CCW inputs plus an enable line give a host controller straightforward on/off and direction control without a communication protocol. Voltage, speed, shaft size, lead wire length, mounting spigot, and mounting holes can all be customized on request.
