AW80BLF Series — 80mm Brushless DC Motor
The AW80BLF series is Apexwell's 80mm-diameter, 48V brushless DC motor line, offered as a standalone motor without a gearbox or brake for applications that supply their own reduction, mounting, or motion control. Rated output power scales from 157W to 376W across three body lengths, sitting between the AW70BLF and AW86BLF in Apexwell's bare-motor frame lineup.

Wiring
Each AW80BLF motor exits with a 3-core sheathed power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate 5-core shielded Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.
Typical Applications
As a bare motor without a gearbox or brake, the AW80BLF series fits applications supplying their own external gearbox, pulley, or belt reduction, direct-drive fans, pumps and blowers, and OEM equipment where the customer's own mechanical design handles mounting and motion transfer.
Why Choose the AW80BLF Motor
A standalone motor keeps cost and axial length to a minimum for designs that don't need a factory-fitted gearbox or brake, or that pair the motor with their own custom mechanical stage. Three body lengths let a product line scale output power roughly 2.4x (157–376W) on the same 80mm frame. Voltage, speed, shaft size, lead wire length, mounting spigot, and mounting hole pattern can all be customized on request.
We can customize the electrical parameters of the motor and geometric dimensions such as the motor output shaft size according to customer requirements.
