AW70BLF Series — 70mm BLDC Motor with Eccentric Gearbox
The AW70BLF series pairs Apexwell's 70mm-diameter, 48V brushless DC motor with a 2GN-K eccentric gearbox, scaling rated output power from 166W to 471W across three body lengths. With 22 available reduction ratios from 3:1 to 250:1 and up to 49 N·m of maximum permissible output torque, this series sits between the AW60BLF and AW86BLF in Apexwell's BLDC eccentric-gearmotor platform.

22 reduction ratios are available (3, 3.6, 5, 7.5, 9, 10, 12.5, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30, 36, 50, 60, 75, 90, 100, 120, 150, 180, 250:1). Max torque moment plateaus at 49 N·m from ratio 90:1 upward. This is a higher-torque tier of the 2GN-K gearbox platform than the AW57BLF/AW60BLF use, scaled to the larger 70mm frame.
Wiring
Each AW70BLF motor exits with a 3-core sheathed power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate 5-core shielded Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.
Typical Applications
With output power up to 471W and gearbox torque up to 49 N·m, the AW70BLF series fits heavier conveyor drives, industrial pump and valve actuation, AGV/AMR drive wheels, and packaging and material-handling equipment where the AW60BLF doesn't have enough torque but the AW86BLF's frame is larger than needed.

The 22-ratio range on a single 2GN-K gearbox platform lets one motor selection be tuned across a wide speed/torque window without redesigning the mechanical interface. Because the gearbox is factory-fitted and tested as a complete unit, output shaft alignment and gear mesh are verified before the motor ships. Custom shaft configurations and encoder feedback are available on request.
We can customize the electrical parameters of the motor and geometric dimensions such as the motor output shaft size according to customer requirements.
