AW60BLF Series — 60mm BLDC Motor with Planetary Gearbox

The AW60BLF series pairs Apexwell's 60mm-diameter, 48V brushless DC motor with an M60GXR planetary gearbox, scaling rated output power from 100W to 400W across four body lengths. The gearbox platform is numerically identical to the AW57BLF's M56GXR — same 14 reduction ratios from 3.6:1 to 326:1 and the same up-to-60 N·m maximum permissible torque — so this line delivers the same gearbox output from a higher-voltage, higher-power motor stack.

Wiring

Each AW60BLF motor exits with a 3-core sheathed power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate 5-core shielded Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.

Typical Applications

With output power from 100W to 400W at 48V and reduction ratios up to 326:1, the AW60BLF series fits heavier conveyor drives, industrial pump and valve actuation, AGV/AMR drive wheels, and automation equipment where the AW57BLF's torque range fits the gearbox requirement but the driving application calls for a higher-power motor stack.
