AW60BLF Series — 60mm BLDC Motor with Eccentric Gearbox
The AW60BLF series pairs Apexwell's 60mm-diameter, 48V brushless DC motor with a 2GN-K eccentric gearbox, scaling rated output power from 100W to 400W across four body lengths. With 22 available reduction ratios from 3:1 to 250:1 and up to 24.5 N·m of maximum permissible output torque, this series sits between the AW57BLF and AW70BLF in Apexwell's BLDC eccentric-gearmotor platform, sharing the same 2GN-K gearbox as the AW57BLF.

22 reduction ratios are available (3, 3.6, 5, 7.5, 9, 10, 12.5, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30, 36, 50, 60, 75, 90, 100, 120, 150, 180, 250:1). Max torque moment plateaus at 24.5 N·m from ratio 60:1 upward — identical to the AW57BLF gearbox, since both series share the same 2GN-K platform.
Wiring
Each AW60BLF motor exits with a 3-core sheathed power cable for the U/V/W windings and a separate 5-core shielded Hall sensor cable (+5VDC, GND, HU, HV, HW) at a 120° Hall electrical angle for standard 6-step commutation.
Typical Applications
With output power up to 400W and gearbox torque up to 24.5 N·m, the AW60BLF series fits mid-size conveyor drives, industrial pump and valve actuation, AGV/AMR drive wheels, and packaging machinery where the AW57BLF's torque range fits the gearbox requirement but the driving application calls for a higher-power motor stack.
Why Choose the AW60BLF Gearmotor
The 22-ratio range on a single 2GN-K gearbox platform lets one motor selection be tuned across a wide speed/torque window without redesigning the mechanical interface. Because the gearbox platform is shared with the AW57BLF, a design can move between the two motor frames without changing gearbox dimensions or ratio options. Because the gearbox is factory-fitted and tested as a complete unit, output shaft alignment and gear mesh are verified before the motor ships. Custom shaft configurations and encoder feedback are available on request.
We can customize the electrical parameters of the motor and geometric dimensions such as the motor output shaft size according to customer requirements.
