AW57BLY Series — 57mm BLDC Motor with Eccentric Gearbox
The AW57BLY series combines Apexwell's 57mm-frame, 4-pole brushless DC motor with the same 2GN-K eccentric gearbox used across our 57mm gearmotor line, scaling from 17W to 140W across five body lengths. Compared to the 8-pole AW57BLF motor, the AW57BLY's 4-pole design suits applications prioritizing smoother low-speed torque delivery within the same compact 57mm frame and gearbox options.

Same 22-ratio gearbox range as the AW57BLF series (3:1 to 250:1), letting both motor types share gearbox tooling and spare parts.
Typical Applications
Lower rated torque per model than the AW57BLF line makes the AW57BLY gearmotor well suited to lighter-duty positioning tasks — small valve actuators, instrument positioning, light conveyor indexing, and equipment where smooth low-speed motion matters more than peak torque density.
