AW57BLY Series — 57mm BLDC Motor with Integrated Driver
The AW57BLY series is Apexwell's 57mm-diameter, 24V brushless DC motor line with the driver built into the motor housing — no external driver required. Rated output power scales from 17W to 105W across four body lengths, and each motor is controlled through a full-featured 6-wire interface with PWM speed control, direction, brake, and speed feedback signals.

Control & Wiring
The AW57BLY uses a 6-wire interface split into power and control connections: +24V (red) and GND (black) for the power supply; BK (white, brake), FG (yellow, speed feedback/tachometer output), PWM (blue, speed command), and CW/CCW (brown, direction) for control. Unlike the smaller AW32BLY's basic 3-wire power/direction interface, this gives external control electronics closed-loop speed reference and a built-in electronic brake input.

With PWM speed control and a speed feedback signal built into the motor, the AW57BLY series fits fans, pumps, and blowers needing variable speed, conveyor rollers, and general automation equipment where a host controller needs to command and monitor motor speed without implementing its own commutation electronics.
Why Choose the AW57BLY Series
Folding the driver into the motor housing removes the need for a separate controller board, cutting both space and integration time. The FG speed feedback output lets a host controller close a speed loop without an external encoder, and the BK brake input adds a stopping function without extra hardware. Four body lengths let a product line scale output power roughly 6x (17–105W) on the same 57mm frame and control interface. Voltage, speed, shaft size, lead wire length, mounting spigot, and mounting holes can all be customized on request.
