AW32BLY Series — 32mm BLDC Motor with Integrated Driver
The AW32BLY is Apexwell's 32mm-diameter brushless DC motor with the driver built into the motor housing — no external driver required. At 24V and 16W rated output power, it's the smallest frame in Apexwell's BLDC integrated-driver lineup, controlled directly through a simple 3-wire power and direction interface.

Control & Wiring
The AW32BLY uses a simple 4-wire interface: +24V (red), GND (black), and F/R (white) for forward/reverse direction control. With the driver already inside the motor, no external speed controller or commutation electronics are needed to run the motor — just DC power and a direction signal.
Typical Applications
With a 16W integrated-driver motor in a compact 32mm cylindrical frame, the AW32BLY fits small fans and pumps, compact conveyor rollers, toy and consumer device actuators, and other space-constrained equipment where adding a separate motor driver board isn't practical.

Folding the driver into the motor housing removes the need for a separate controller board, cutting both space and integration time. The 3-wire power/direction interface is about as simple as a motor control connection gets — no PWM tuning, no commutation logic, no communication protocol to implement. Voltage, speed, shaft size, lead wire length, mounting spigot, and mounting holes can all be customized on request.
We can customize the electrical parameters of the motor and geometric dimensions such as the motor output shaft size according to customer requirements.
